BW - Hayssen vertical form fill seal
This machine is build for speed, flexibility and minimal downtime. Allows you to packing snacks, frozen foods or powdered products. How the process works - A roll of flexible packaging is loaded onto the machine. The film is pulled downwards by servo-driven belts or rollers into the forming area. The bag is then formed by a forming collar and film edges being overlapped and sealed vertically. The product drops exactly when the bag opens. Then the machine makes a horizontal seal at the bottom.
