EcoStitch is Valco Melton’s line of high-performance all-electric adhesive applicators, melt tanks, and drivers.
EcoStitch valves contain fewer moving parts than traditional pneumatic valves, resulting in less downtime for repairs and a significant reduction in your consumption of spare parts. The valve is designed to operate at extremely high speeds, reaching 15,000 cycles per minute for short bursts, and have a lifetime capable of reaching more than 2 billion cycles.
