MARS for Monaka wafers

The MARS C series produces Monaka wafers in high capacities up to 20,000 baked moulded wafers per hour. The chosen principle with separate cavities allows the baking of single products without having to cut or punch them out. Being based on the JUPITER C technology the MARS series beats the existing technology by a mile in energy consumption, process-related overdosing, labour utilization and waste rate.
