Filler & Capper Monoblock designed to fill highly viscous skin lotion at a rate of 100 u.p.m. and features an integrated automated pump sorter, ensuring efficient and interrupted feeding into the capping carousel. The project aimed to meet the client's critical requirements, including precise and consistent filling of skincare lotions into oval-shaped HDPE containers ranging from 12oz to 24oz.
